The location in a safe area was perfect and extremely quiet and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. After long day I visited El Cocodrilo for a couple of drinks. My brand-new and large room had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card😃🙂😃

The total stay was great for 10 nights. The room was nice with comfortable beds & sofa. An electronic key card, coffee/tea makers and a work desk available where an advantage. Location: the hotel was close enough to the metro station Diego de Leon.

The staff were really helpful, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Everything was amazing, new-fashioned and spotless room.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and the food is locally sourced, plus the rooms are spacious and come with a fridge.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a drying rack in the bathroom, which was incredibly convenient for our long travels. The room was well-equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and mini fridge. The supermarket was nearby, making it easy to get groceries. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Additionally, there were several restaurants in close proximity, and the metro and buses were conveniently located.

One small improvement that could be made for breakfast would be to offer a wider selection of items.
